Eze Nto Mbah Commends Otti For Flagging Off Of Construction Of Arochukwu – Ndiokereke – Ozuabam Road


The Chairman Abia State Council of Traditional Rulers, Eze Linus Nto Mbah has commended Governor Alex Otti for his decision to construct the long abandoned Arochukwu – Ndiokereke – Ozuabam road to develop the economy of the people at the rural area.

Eze Nto Mbah was speaking during the flag off ceremony of the Arochukwu – Ndiokereke – Ozuabam road held at Amuvi in Arochukwu LGA. He said that the importance of the road cannot be over emphasised, adding that their people have suffered so much as the road has remained impassable for several years.

He said that the intervention of the Governor on the road is remarkable and cannot be forgotten in a hurry by his and future generation, pointing out that the Governor’s action is truly in line with his campaign promises and vision to create wealth and alleviate poverty among the people.

The monarch noted that the Governor has within few months in office proven to Nde Abia that he is God sent as he has already turned Aba and other Abia communities into huge construction site, with many roads delivered and commissioned and many others ongoing.

According to the royal father, apart from the road infracstructure, the Governor has been retrofitting and upgrading general hospitals in the three zones of the State, fixing education sector, handling security, managing waste, reforming the civil service with prompt payment of workers’ salaries including payment of 13th month, payment of arrears of salaries of teachers and pensioners among others.

He urged Abians to sustain their support for the Governor as he is delivering quality services and democracy dividends to Nde Abia.
